What are the usage allowances for each plan?

How to import files from local storage?
1. Click [Upload & transcribe] on the homepage.
2. Upload local files from the computer
Drag and drop the file(s) you want to upload, or click on [Browser] to select your desired file(s). Then click [Next].
3. Set the transcription language to match the original language of your audio or video. If speaker identification is required, please check [Configure speaker identification].
■ Supported formats
Audio files: wav, mp3, m4a, caf, aiff, ogg.
Video files: avi, rmvb, flv, mp4, mov, wmv, wma, webm, 3gp.
■ File size and length limits
Without speaker recognition:
Audio files cannot exceed 5 hours in length or 1 GB in size.
Video files cannot exceed 5 hours in length or 10 GB in size.
With speaker recognition:
Audio files cannot exceed 3 hours in length or 1 GB in size.
Video files cannot exceed 3 hours in length or 10 GB in size.
4. Once the upload is complete, transcription will start automatically. The time it takes to transcribe depends on the length and size of the file and whether you have selected "speaker identification".
How to import files from links?
1. Click [Upload & transcribe] on the homepage.
2. Upload from URL
Paste the audio/video link from Dropbox/Google Drive or YouTube and click [Next].
3. Set the transcription language to match the original language of your audio or video. If speaker identification is required, please check [Configure speaker identification].
*Records uploaded via a link cannot be transcribed in bilingual mode.
