Integrating Zoom can help your colleagues or customers easily schedule a Zoom call with you. This article will show you how to create a Zoom call using the Notta "Scheduler" feature.
To add the Notta App for Zoom, follow these steps:
Step 1: Click the "User settings" button at the bottom of the navigator bar.
Step 2: Select "Integrations" from the sidebar.
Step 3: Click the "Connect" button. You will then be redirected to a Zoom authentication page. Read the data requested by Notta, and if you approve, click the "Allow" button at the bottom.
Step 4: Congratulations! The Notta App for Zoom has been added.
To schedule a Zoom meeting using Notta, follow these steps:
Step 1: Click the "Scheduler" button on the navigation bar.
Step 2: Click the “New Scheduling Event” button on the top right.
Step 3: Enter an event name, such as “Demo Meeting”, and select “Zoom” as the location. Then, click “Continue”.
Step 4: Select the time slot you would like to meet with your colleagues or customers.
Step 5: Once you have created a new card, click “Copy Link” and send it to your colleagues or customers. Then, click “Create”.
Step 6: After your colleagues or customers schedule a time with you, Notta will create a Zoom call and paste the invitation link into your calendar event.
To remove the Notta App for Zoom, follow these steps:
Step 1: Log in to your Zoom Account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
Step 2: Click the ”Manage >> Added Apps” or search for the "Notta" app.
Step 3: Click the "XYZ" app.
Step 4: Click the ”Remove” button.
Please note: After you remove the Notta App for Zoom, all authorized Zoom data will be deleted from the Notta platform. You will be unable to schedule a Zoom meeting with your colleagues or customers using the scheduling link.
