Notta paid plan users now have the option to personalize their summaries. By entering custom prompts, you can create minutes, reports, and other documents that are specifically tailored to your requirements.
What are prompts?
Prompts are instructions or questions that a user enters in an interactive system, such as an AI interaction or a command line interface. AI needs clear and specific prompts to generate appropriate responses and results to users' requests and questions.
Add a prompt
1. Select [Template library].
2. Click the [Prompts] and click [+ Create a new prompt] to enter the prompt editing screen.
3. Enter the name and prompt and click [Save] to add the prompt.
Duplicate a prompt
1. Select [...] and click [Duplicate] to copy.
Delete a prompt
1. Click [...] and select [Delete].
2. Click [Confirm] and the prompt will be removed.
Notes:
1. The prompt description can be up to 1500 characters.
2. You can add up to 300 prompts.
Tips on how to write better prompts:
1. Human thinking, cognition, and judgment are essential.
2. Please manually correct/confirm important content and details.
3. Clarify what you want to get from the transcript.
4. Explain the necessary information in clear and concise language.
5. Seek diverse answers rather than limited answers.
Add a template
1. Click [Template].
2. Click [+ Create a new template].
3. Enter a title, click [+ Insert a prompt], and select your prompt.
4. Once completed, click [Save] and the template will be added.
Edit a template
1. You can enter the [Template], click [...] and select [Edit] to edit the title and content of the template.
2. When you place the cursor in front of the block, [] will be displayed. You can drag and drop this to move each block.
3. You can also click [+Insert a prompt] to insert more prompts.
Duplicate a template
You can duplicate the template by clicking [...] and selecting [Duplicate].
Delete a template
1. Click [...] and select [Delete].
2. Click [Confirm] and the template will be deleted.
Apply a template
After creating a template, if you want to generate a summary using this template, select the template in the template management and click [Use this template] to generate a summary using the template.
Notes:
1. You can insert up to 20 prompts within a block.
2. Default templates cannot be added, deleted, or edited.
