Click the title of the recording you want to edit and you will be redirected to the detail page.

Recording playback
1. Click the [Play] button in the center bottom of the control bar to play or pause the audio.
While playing, you can click the [Rewind 3 seconds] button (located on the left of the playback button) to rewind 3 seconds, or click the [Fast-forward 3 seconds] button (on the right of the playback button) to skip forward 3 seconds.
- As the audio plays, the corresponding word will be highlighted in yellow.
2. Hover over a block and click [Play] to play from that block.
3. While playing, you can click on any word to play from that position.
4. To change the playback speed, click the [1x] option on the left of the [Play] button. You can choose the speed from [0.5x] to [3x].
Edit transcripts
1. Hover over the text you want to edit, and double-click it to enable editing.
Or Turn on the [Edit Transcription] toggle first and then hover over the text you want to edit and click on it to enable editing.
2. If "Already saved" appears in the top right, it means the editing is automatically saved.
3. To edit the recording title, click on it and make your changes. Your modifications will be saved automatically, so you don't need to save them manually.
Merge and split blocks
1. Place the cursor at the beginning of the block.
And then press the Backspace key on your keyboard to merge it with its previous block.
You can also merge adjacent blocks of the same speaker by clicking the button in the drop-down list of [More].
2. To split a block, place the cursor where you want to create a new line.
And then press the Enter key on your keyboard to split the block.
Delete blocks and undo actions
1. Hover over the block you want to delete and click on the [Delete] icon to delete the whole block.
2. In the upper left corner, you will find [Undo] and [Redo]. Click the [Undo] button in the top left to revert to the previous version of the transcript before your most recent edit. Click the [Redo] button to restore the action you just undone.
Insert Pictures
Inserting pictures to a transcript enhances the audio experience by including relevant visual content. This feature is useful for incorporating presentation slides, diagrams, or other visual aids that complement the audio and improve understanding.
1. Turn on the editing toggle or double-click the transcript to edit.
2. Place the cursor at the desired block and click the [Insert pictures] icon.
Show and hide timestamps
1. Click [More] in the upper right corner and switch on the [Hide timestamps] toggle to hide timestamps.
2. Switch off the toggle to show timestamps.
Automatic correction
Switch the [Correction reference] toggle on to enable the automatic correction. The text which is considered to be including an error will be highlighted with a red underline.
You can either switch off the toggle or click [Dismiss] to hide the underline.
Edit speaker names
1. Click on the name of the speaker.
2. Select the application scope and the speaker's name. The changes will apply according to your selection.
3. You can also search for the speaker's name which is not showing in the current list by typing it into the input field.
4. If the name you entered can't be found, click [Add "name" as a guest speaker] to add the name to the list and update the speaker of the block.
Conversation insights
The Conversation Insights feature provides the total silence duration and a deep dive into the transcript, helping you better understand your recordings. If you've made changes to the transcript, you can manually regenerate these insights to reflect the updated content.
*Currently, the Conversation Insights feature is available in Japanese, English, French, German, Portuguese, Russian, and Spanish.
1. Check the percentage of speaking time for each speaker.
2. Select specific speakers to play their contents.
If you tick boxes next to specific speakers, only their content will be highlighted. When you click the blue [Play] button, only the highlighted content will play, the non-highlighted content will be skipped.
3. Check the progress bar of each speaker.
4. Click the arrow on the left side of [Deep dive] to analyze the number of speakers, the speaker's speaking speed, talk ratio, monologues, and even the longest monologue in detail.
Add bookmarks
1. Place the cursor over the block where you want to add a bookmark, click [Bookmarks] and then select the bookmark you want.
2. Enter your note and then click anywhere blank on the screen to save the bookmark and note.
3. Click on the [Bookmark] icon to show or hide the bookmark list.
4. If you want to change or delete a bookmark, hover over your target bookmark, and you will see a dropdown list for selecting bookmark and a [︙] button for deleting bookmark.
5. If you want to customize your bookmarks, click [Manage bookmarks].
6. Click [Create Bookmark], name your bookmark and select a color, then click [Create].
*Only the workspace owner and admins can add custom bookmarks.
7. If you want to edit or delete a custom bookmark, you can hover over your target bookmark and click the [︙] button to edit or delete it.

Find and Replace
1. Click on the [Find & replace] icon in the upper right corner.
2. Enter the keyword you want to search for, and the matching words will be highlighted.
3. To replace a word, enter the text in the [Replace] field, and click [Replace All] or [Replace] to complete the replacement.

Customize the user interface
1. Click on the icon to adjust the space where AI Notes and transcripts are displayed on the user interface.
There are three types of user interfaces.
