How to transcribe an in-person meeting?
1. Events that are scheduled for today in your connected Google/Outlook Calendar will be displayed in "Upcoming events". By clicking the [All calendars] icon on the right side, you can choose the calendar you want to display there.
*Please note that all-day events will not be synchronized, and only the events of which the scheduled time has not yet passed will be visible.
2. Click the [Instant record] icon in the bottom-right corner of the event, and the instant record via a physical microphone will begin. Click the transcribing event and you will be redirected to the detail page.
3. The transcript will be generated in real-time. Click [॥] to pause or resume the recording. Click [■] to stop the recording.
4. You will be able to confirm the completed transcript in My Records.
How to transcribe an online meeting?
1. Online meetings that are scheduled in your connected Google/Outlook Calendar will be displayed in "Upcoming events".
*Please note that all-day events will not be synchronized, and only the meetings in the next 14 days with invitation links from Zoom/Google Meet/Microsoft Teams included will be visible.
2. If you want to change the calendar that is being displayed, click the the [All calendars] icon.
3. Select the default language for transcription. If you click the gear icon, you will be redirected to the settings page for Notta Bot.

▐ Click the [🖊️] icon to enable editing for your Bot's name.
▐ If you enable [Show recording notification poster], all participants will be notified that the meeting is being recorded.
▐ If you enable [Online meeting video recording], the meeting will be recorded as a video.
*Google Meet does not currently support custom bot names.
■ Settings for Auto-actions
▐ If you enable [Automatically record online meetings from calendar events], Notta bot will automatically join and record meetings in your calendar that match your settings. You can configure the preferred meeting platforms and types based on your needs. Whitelist and blacklist words can be configured to set auto-join action.
▐ If you enable [Automatic note sharing], after Notta Bot transcribes a calendar event, an AI summary will be automatically generated (if sufficient credits are available) and sent to the participants.
Tips:
① After global settings, you can still individually change the auto-join settings for specific meetings on the "Upcoming events" page.
② You may be unable to enable auto-join for meetings that are expected to begin within 10 minutes.
③ If multiple members in the workspace enable auto-jon for the same meeting, the first person who enables the auto-join will become the creator of the transcript, while others will be granted "Full access".
4. If you don't want to use the global settings, or want to individually change the auto-join settings for specific meetings, go to "Upcoming Events", and then switch the toggle on/off beside your target meeting to enable or disable auto-join.
5. When the meeting begins, Notta Bot will automatically join the meeting and start transcription. If you click [Check details], you will be redirected to its detail page.
6. The transcript will be generated in real-time. If you want to end the recording and transcription, click [■].
5. You will be able to confirm the completed transcript in "My Records".
