By sending your transcription data from Notta to Salesforce, you can enrich your interaction history with customers managed in Salesforce. This allows you to have a more comprehensive view of your engagements, enabling you to provide more personalized and informed support to your customers.
What data is available for output?
The data available for output contains:
- Subject
- Date
- Duration
- AI Notes (summary)
Note:
- This feature is only available to Salesforce Enterprise-level or Unlimited-level users.
- Members who are granted "Full access" or "Can edit" are able to send transcripts to Salesforce. Members who are granted "Can view" are not able to send transcripts to Salesforce.
How do I connect Notta to Salesforce?
1. Go to the detail page of your recording and click [···]. Place your cursor over [Send to Salesforce], then select a recipient.
2. Click [Connect].
3. You'll be redirected to the login page of Salesforce. Log in to Salesforce to continue the connection.
4. Return to the detail page of your recording and click [···]. Place your cursor over [Send to Salesforce], then select [Send to Contacts] or [Send to Opportunities]. (The following steps take 'Send to Contacts' as an example)
5. Specify the activity type in the [Send as] field. Currently, you can choose either [New Task] or [Log a Call].
6. Enter the contact name of your client into the [Contact name] field, then click [Send].
- Select an existing client: Enter the contact name, then select the client from the dropdown list.
- Add a new client: Enter the contact name, then enter the email address.
7. After sending, you'll be able to find the record sent from Notta in your Salesforce dashboard.
How do I disconnect Notta from Salesforce?
1. Click [Integrations & Apps].
2. Click [Disconnect].
3. Click [Disconnect] to confirm the disconnection.
