What is the information that can be synced to Salesforce?
By sending transcripts from Notta to Salesforce, you can complement the interaction history with your clients that stored in Salesforce. The information that can be synced is as follows:
- Subject
- Contact name(email address)
- Date
- Duration
- Description
Note:
- This feature is only available to Salesforce Enterprise-level or Unlimited-level users.
- Members who are granted "Full access" or "Can edit" are able to send transcripts to Salesforce. Members who are granted "Can view" are not able to send transcripts to Salesforce.
How do I connect Notta to Salesforce?
1. Go to the detail page of your recording and click [···]→[Send to Salesforce].
2. Click [Connect].
3. You'll be redirected to the login page of Salesforce. Log in to Salesforce to continue the connection.
4. Return to the detail page of your recording and click [···]→[Send to Salesforce].
5. Enter the contact email address of your client into the [Contact name] field, then click [Send]. You can also modify the subject and description according to your needs.
6. After sending, you'll be able to find the record sent from Notta in your Salesforce dashboard.
How do I disconnect Notta from Salesforce?
1. Click [User Settings]→[Integrations].
2. Click [Disconnect].
3. Click [Disconnect] to confirm the disconnection.
