Salesforce is a cloud-based software that supports customer relationship management (CRM). By integrating with Notta, you can seamlessly synchronize meeting minutes to Salesforce and maintain detailed records of customer conversations and agreements.
Prerequisites for using this feature
Plan: Notta Business Plan or higher, AND Salesforce Enterprise Plan or higher
Role: Any role with Can edit and download or higher permissions
Platform: Notta Web
- In the bottom left of the Notta Web version, click Integrations & Apps.
- Under Salesforce, click Connect, and follow the instructions to complete the integration.
- Open a transcript on Notta, click the Send to icon in the top right corner, and select Send to CRM > Salesforce.
- First, set the Save as field. You can choose one of the following four options:
- Leads
- Contacts
- Opportunities
- Contracts
- Specify the activity type in the Send as field. You can select either New Task or Log a Call.
- The next setting items will change depending on the "Save as" settings. Please refer to the table below for details:
Send as Next Settings Contracts ➡︎ Select existing deal Leads ➡︎ Select existing deal Contacts ➡︎ Select existing contact ➡︎ Add new contact ➡︎ Enter email address Opportunities ➡︎ Select existing opportunity ➡︎ Add new opportunity ➡︎ Select existing account ➡︎ Add new account - Once all settings are complete, click Send.
- Open Salesforce, and the data synchronized from Notta will be displayed in the specified sync destination.
