Download transcripts
1. Open the transcript and tap the "Share & Export" icon.
2. Choose the file format and advanced options, enter the file name and click "Export" to download the file to your computer.
- Available text file: TXT, DOCX, PDF, EXCEL(.xlsx), SRT
- Available audio file: WAV
3. Turn on the toggles to include the information you needed, then tap [Export].
4. By swiping a transcript to the left or right on the home screen, you can select multiple transcripts and then download them in batches. Batch output is possible for up to 10 items.
Share transcripts via public link
Generating a Notta share link allows you to quickly share transcripts with others.
1. Open the transcript and click the “Share & Export” icon.
2. Toggle the "Share" option to enable it.
3. Click "Copy" to copy the share link to the clipboard.
4. If you want to set a password for the share link, turn on the toggle next to “Share with Password”, then click the “Copy”.
5. Copy and send the link (password) to the recipient. They will be able to view the transcript text and listen to the audio after opening the link.
Share clips via public link
1. Swipe a block to the left or right and select multiple blocks and "Share".
2. The share link of the selected blocks will be generated. Click the "Copy" , and send the link to the recipient. They will be able to view the selected parts of the transcript and listen to the corresponding audio.
Disable sharing
1. When the sharing control toggle is on, "Shared" will be displayed beside the title.
2. To disable sharing, please turn off the toggle.
Send transcripts to Notion
Integrating Notta with Notion allows you to seamlessly manage and edit your transcripts in a collaborative workspace.
1. Open your transcript and click "Notion".
2. Select your target database, then click "Send to Notion".
3. Turn on the toggles to include the information you needed, then tap [Export].
