How to invite members to workspace?
1. Click your profile image→[Invite members] or click [Invite members] at the bottom of the sidebar.
2. Click [Invite Members].
3. Invite members to join your workspace in two ways:
- Manual Email Invite
Enter the email address of the member you want to invite, select user permission, and click [Send invitations] to send an invitation email. You can also paste multiple email addresses at once. Make sure to choose the appropriate link expiration for your needs.
- Bulk Email Invite
Download and edite the template. Import the table to send invites in bulk. Make sure to choose the appropriate link expiration for your needs.
When filling out the template, please follow the required format for successful invitations.
■ Do not delete the column headers.
■ Edit the Email address, Role, and Groups starting from the second line.
■ Confim that each Email address is valid and accurate.
■ The member role can be left blank or set to either Member or Admin.
■ The group can be left blank.
■ To ensure upload quality, invite no more than 10,000 members at a time.
4. An email will be sent to the invited members. Open the email and click [Join now].
5. If the invited members already have a Notta account, they can join the team workspace by logging in with that account. If they don't have one yet, they can sign up a new Notta account.
6. After joining the workspace successfully, this member's status will change from [Pendling] to [Active].
How to cancel the invitation?
You can revoke the invitation by clicking [...] next to the member you are inviting and then clicking [Cancel Invitation].
Reinvite Members
The invite link will be expired if the user hasn't joined the workspace in 14 days or 30 days. You can reinvite the member by clicking the More button and then Reinvite to send the invitation again.
How to Delete members from workspace?
You can remove a member from your workspace by clicking [...] next to a Joined member and clicking [Remove].
