How to access to settings page?
Click [User Settings] at the bottom of the left sidebar or [Profile Picture] icon at the top right to display the settings and team workspace settings screen.
1. User settings: You can set the user's name, password, transcription language, etc. It is also possible to connect/disconnect with other services such as Google Calendar.
2. Team workspace: You can change the team workspace logo and name, manage members, etc.
How to add or change user's profile picture?
Click [User settings] then click the [Profile Picture] icon.
When you upload a photo from your computer, your changes are automatically saved.
The requirements for images that can be used are as follows:
Uploading images with a size of 500 x 500 pixels.
The maximum logo file size is 5MB.
The file formats that can be uploaded are ".png", ".jpeg", ".jpg", and ".gif". GIF images are animated.
How to edit user's name?
Click Account in your personal settings, then click the 🖋 icon next to Nickname.
Enter your new nickname and click [Save] to complete the change.
How to set a logo for your team workspace
*This operation is only available to owners and admins.
Click [Settings] in your team workspace, then click the Logo icon.
When you upload a photo from your computer, your changes are automatically saved.

How to rename your team workspace
*This operation is only available to owners and admins.
Click Settings for your team workspace, then click the 🖋 icon next to Workspace Name.
Enter a new name and click [Save] to complete the change.
