How do I use AI templates?
Method 1: Select a template from the AI Notes section
Method 2: Select a template from the template library
1. Open the [Template Library].
2. Browse through the available templates and click the [Use this template] button for the desired template.
Method 3: Invoke AI using shortcut keys
1. Click on the input field, and then press the Space key to invoke AI. Or input '/', and then select [AI Chat] from the dropdown menu.
2. Select your target template.
💡 Regarding the timestamps in AI summaries:
In cases where all of the following conditions are met, certain text blocks such as chapters or action items may include timestamps. Clicking on the timestamp will allow you to jump to the corresponding section in the transcription that was used as the source of information.
- Condition 1: The default template must be used
- Condition 2: The duration of the audio data is less than 90 minutes.
How do I regenerate a summary?
If you are not satisfied with the summary you received, you may follow these steps to regenerate it.
1. Hover your cursor over the text block you want to regenerate, and then click the [Re-generate] button.
*Regeneration counts towards your AI summary allocation, unless it fails.
2. The following actions can be performed on the newly generated results:
- Replace the original results with the new result
- Insert the new results below the original results
- Discard the new results
How do I edit the summary?
Edit content
You can enable the edit mode by clicking on the text you want to edit.
Additionally, placing the cursor at the end of a text block and pressing the Enter key will create a new block (line). When the cursor is on a new line, click the [+] icon displayed on the left (or type '/') to access the editing menu, where you can add headings, bullet lists, and more.

Delete content
To delete content, place the cursor at the end of the text you wish to remove and press the Backspace key once.
Alternatively, you can delete a text block by positioning the cursor over the block and clicking the [Delete] button.
Move text block
If you place the cursor before the text block, you will see an option that allows you to drag and drop the block to move it.
