How can I use Notta for bilingual transcription & translation?

Notta now offers support for bilingual transcription! Whether it's meeting minutes, interview recordings, academic lectures, or any other type of file, we can efficiently transcribe them into bilingual text. This convenient feature saves you time and effort, enabling seamless handling of cross-language content.

How to transcribe & translate bilingually via real-time recording?

1. Click [Instant record], then select [Bilingual transcription].

2. Select 2 transcription languages from the given options. If real-time translation is required, please switch on the [Bilingual Translation] toggle.

3. Click [Record and transcribe].

4. You are free to switch on/off the bilingual translation during recording.

How to transcribe & translate bilingual live meetings via Notta Bot?

1. Click [Record online meeting], then select [Bilingual transcription].

2. Select 2 transcription languages from the given options, then input the invitation link to your Zoom/Google Meet/Microsoft Teams/Webex meeting*. If real-time translation is required, please switch on the [Bilingual Translation] toggle.
    *Make sure the meeting is in progress.
    *Webex meetings without passwords are not supported.

3. Click [Transcribe Now].

4. You are free to switch on/off the bilingual translation during recording.

How to transcribe bilingual files?

1. Click [Upload & transcribe], finish Step 1 [Upload records] and click [Next] to Step 2 [Configurations].

2. Select [Bilingual transcription]. Select 2 transcription languages from the given options, and then upload your file.
    *Bilingual translation is not currently supported in this feature.
    *Records uploaded via a link cannot be transcribed in bilingual mode.

Supported formats

Audio files: wav, mp3, m4a, caf, aiff, ogg.
Video files: avi, rmvb, flv, mp4, mov, wmv, wma, webm, 3gp.

Notes on audio/video files
    - The maximum audio file size that can be uploaded is 1GB or 3 hours, whichever is smaller.
    - The maximum video file size you can upload is 10GB or 3 hours, whichever is smaller.
    - Please ensure a good audio quality without noise or excessively low volume.
