What should I do if calendar events don't get synchronized?

1. Check if your settings meet the following conditions

  • Calendar events must include valid invitation links from Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams.
  • Calendar events should have specific start and end times, rather than being all-day events.
  • Calendar events must be scheduled within the next 14 days.
  • Google Calendar and/or Outlook Calendar must be selected on the Notta dashboard.
