To enhance data security, we offer workspace owners the ability to restrict workspace members from changing their email addresses.
Prerequisites:
- Business plan or Enterprise plan
- Notta workspace owner account
Prevent Email Changes
To prevent workspace members from changing their email addresses, navigate to 'Settings -> Workspace Settings -> Security -> Feature Restriction' and enable [Email Change Restrictions].
Once enabled, workspace members will be unable to modify their email addresses.
