AI Chat on Notta Web
There are two ways to access AI Chat.
The AI Chat icon is always visible in the bottom-right corner of your Workspace interface. Simply click the icon to expand or minimize the chat window, or click the [x] in the top-right corner to close it.
You can also open any transcript to access AI Chat, where the icon will appear on the right sidebar.
Filter Options
At the top of the input box, you'll find options to easily filter and locate specific recordings. The filter option is only available when using the first method to access AI Chat. These filters include:

Start a Chat
You can either choose from the given examples to start a chat or type your questions related to your recordings in the input box. Once a chat is started, you can’t edit the chat content directly in the chat window, but you can copy or regenerate responses.
Data Sources
You can switch the data source for AI responses in the input box. In addition to all available recordings, AI Chat also includes information from the Notta Help Center, allowing you to learn more about Notta features and better use the platform to meet your needs.
AI Chat on Notta Mobile App
To access AI Chat, open any transcript on the mobile app. Once the transcript is open, the AI Chat icon is shown then you can tap on it to start a chat.
Start a Chat
Similar to that on Notta Web, you can choose from the given examples or type your questions to explore related to your recordings. You can also use the voice input to generate text in the input box (note: each voice input is limited to 30 seconds). While you can't edit the chat content directly, you can copy and regenerate responses as needed.
AI Data Sources
AI Chat on the mobile app only provides responses based on the selected recording and does not link to other recordings or the Notta Help Center.
