If you need more transcription minutes, you can purchase additional minutes with the add-on service in the app.
Note: Purchasing more transcription minutes with add-on service is only available for those already on a paid plan. Users on the free Basic plan can get more minutes by upgrading to the Pro plan.
1. Tap the Mine page, then tap the Transcription minutes status bar.
2. Tap the Notta store icon in the upper right corner.
3. Check the benefit and tips, then choose the add-on service that you need. And tap Buy Now to get more minutes.
