Tired of writing down meeting minutes from memory all by yourself? Our brand new feature Notta Bot is available now to record and transcribe a whole live meeting for you. Follow the steps below to get started.
Transcribe Zoom meetings
1. Log in to your Notta account and click [Transcribe Live Meeting] in the right side bar.
2. Select transcription language and click [Transcribe now].
3. Make sure you've completed the Zoom meeting URL and your nickname. Then click "Transcribe Now" and the transcribing will begin.
*Make sure the meeting is in progress.
4. You will see Notta Bot is in the Zoom video meeting room.
5. Return to the Notta webpage and the transcription will simultaneously appear on it.
You can stop the transcription anytime by clicking the recording button down below.
6. All the recordings and transcriptions will be saved to Recent records. You can easily playback, edit, and share.
Transcribe Microsoft Teams Meetings
1. Copy the correct links for the Teams meeting.
2. Open Notta, click [Transcribe Live Meeting], set the transcription language, paste the link into the input box, and customize the nickname of the Notta bot in the Teams meeting if desired.
Click the [Transcribe Now] button..
3. Open Teams and click [☑️] to accept Notta bot's request to join the meeting.
4. Once Notta bot has joined successfully, it will start transcribing.
Transcribe Google Meeting
1. Copy the correct links for the Google meeting.
2. Open Notta, click [Transcribe Live Meeting]
3. Set the transcription language, paste the link into the input box, and customize the nickname of the Notta bot in the Google meeting.Click the [Transcribe Now] button.
4. Notta bot will join the meeting.Once Notta bot has joined successfully, it will start transcribing.
Transcribe Webex meetings
1.Copy the meeting links for the Webex meeting.
*Webex meetings without passwords are not supported.
2. Open Notta, click [Transcribe Live Meeting]
3. Set the transcription language, paste the link into the input box, and customize the nickname of the Notta bot in the Google meeting.Click the [Transcribe Now] button.
4. Once Notta bot has joined successfully, it will start transcribing.
