If you can’t view the subscription information from Google Play, please perform the below troubleshooting steps.
- Check your internet connection. Make sure that your internet is stable and working.
- Clean Google Play cache. Below are the steps to follow.
- From your home screen, navigate to “Settings” - “Apps”. Or navigate to “Apps” - “Manage Apps” depending on your devices.
- Tap Google Play Store.
- Tap Storage.
- Tap Clear Cache - Clear Data.
- Tap Data.
