FAQs

Can I cut or edit out unnecessary parts of the audio/video file?

Notta currently does not provide audio or video editing features. If you need to trim or edit your recordings, we recommend using dedicated audio/video editing tools before uploading them to Notta.

Can I upload a document (text file) to create a transcription?

Notta's transcription feature only supports audio and video files as the data source at this time. It is not possible to create a transcription by uploading a document file.

I still have remaining transcription minutes, but I can't upload files.

When uploading files, you need not only sufficient transcription time but also available file upload quota (the number of files you can upload).

This is especially important when uploading multiple files at once. For example, if you have a remaining upload quota of 5 files but select 8 files in a single batch, the task cannot proceed. In this case, please reduce the number of files to within your remaining quota and try again.
