Notta offers several convenient ways to log in, including email address and third-party account verification. This article will guide you through the different login methods available.

Login procedure
- Visit the Notta website using a computer browser, and click Log in.
Tip: For the best experience, we suggest using the desktop versions of Chrome, Edge, or Safari. - Choose one of the following ways to log in to your Notta account:
- Select your preferred third-party account from Google Account, Microsoft Account, Apple Account. Then, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the account verification.
- You can also enter your email address and password and click Log in.
*If you enter your password and fail to log in five consecutive times, your account will be locked for one hour. - If your workspace has already been configured with SAML SSO, you can select the account from SSO Account. Then, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the account verification.
- Select your preferred third-party account from Google Account, Microsoft Account, Apple Account. Then, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the account verification.
- Once your account verification is complete, you'll be automatically directed to your Notta workspace. This confirms that you have successfully logged in to Notta.
- Search for "Notta" in the App Store (for iOS devices) or Google Play (for Android devices) and download Notta to your device.
Tip: The app is free to download, but please make sure your device has enough storage before downloading. - Open Notta and tap Log In in the upper right corner.
- Choose one of the following ways to log in to your Notta account:

FAQs
As part of our enhanced security measures, Notta has implemented email verification for some logins using third-party accounts. Once you complete the email verification, you can continue to log in with your third-party account. For more details, please refer to this article.
- Check if you are using an Incognito browser (such as Google's Incognito browsing mode). This will prevent the system from remembering your account information.
- Each login session remains valid for 30 days. When this validity period expires, you will be automatically logged out.
Yes. On the login page, click Forgot your password? and follow the instructions to set a password for your Notta account. Once the password is set, you can log in to Notta using your email and password instead of the third-party account.
If you enter the wrong password 5 consecutive times, login with your email and password will be restricted for 1 hour. Resetting your password will not lift this restriction.
However, if your Notta account email is linked to a third-party account such as Google, Microsoft, or Apple, you can log in immediately using the linked account without waiting for the lock period to end.
