In this guide, you will learn how to change the email address of your Notta account.
Note:
1. You can't change your email address on Notta mobile app.
2. If you're in a workspace that is on the Business Plan or above, you can't change the email.
If you log in using email address and password
1. Log in to your Notta account on Notta Web.
2. Click [User Settings] → [Change email].
3. A verification code will be sent to your current email address. Find the code and paste it to Notta, then click [Continue].
4. Enter your new email address, then click [Change Email].
5. A verification code will be sent to your new email address. Find the code and paste it to Notta, then click [Change Email].
6. Once the change is complete, you will be logged out automatically. Please log in to Notta using your new email address and password.
If you log in using a third-party account
1. Log in to your Notta account on Notta Web.
2. Click [User Settings] → [Change email].
3. A verification code will be sent to your current email address. Find the code and paste it to Notta, then click [Continue].
4. Enter your new email address, then click [Change Email].
5. A verification code will be sent to your new email address. Find the code and paste it to Notta, add a password, then click [Change Email].
6. Once the change is complete, you will be logged out automatically. Please log in to Notta using your new email address and password.
