You can update your payment method for an active subscription. Once the update is completed, the new payment method will take effect at your next subscription renewal.
The process differs depending on your current payment method. Please follow the instructions for your subscription type below.
Web subscription
If you subscribed through the Notta Web version, the steps vary depending on whether you are paying by credit card or via the payment service "Link".
- Log in to Notta Web (app.notta.ai) using a PC browser.
- Click your Profile image > Settings in the upper right corner of the screen.
- In the left navigation menu, scroll down and click Billing.

Under the Payment method section, follow the appropriate instructions below based on what is displayed.
If the last four digits of your card are displayedYou are currently paying by credit card. You can manage or update your card information right here in your account settings
- Click Add a new method.
- Enter your new card details and register the card.
- Enter your credit card number, expiration date, and security code, then click Add.
- If you check Pay with This Method Next, the new card will automatically be set as the default for your next renewal.

- If multiple cards are registered, you can remove a card or switch the default payment method.

To change the default payment method:
Click the ⋯ icon next to the card and select Pay with this method. The selected card will be used starting from your next renewal. -
To remove a card:
Click the ⋯ icon next to the card and select Delete this method.

If the Link logo and email address are displayedYour payment method is managed through the payment service "Link". In this case, you need to update your information directly on the Link website.
- Log in to Link using the displayed email address: app.link.com/login
- Update your payment information in the Link dashboard.

- Click Add a new method.
App Store subscription
If you subscribed via the iOS app (App Store billing), you must update the payment method associated with your Apple ID. Changes cannot be made within the Notta app. Please update your payment information directly in your Apple device settings.

Google Play subscription
If you subscribed via the Android app (Google Play billing), you need to update your payment method in your Google Account settings. You can do this through the Google Play Store app or a web browser.

FAQs
Your subscription may already be canceled (auto-renewal turned off).
Once a subscription has been canceled, it will not renew automatically. As a result, the option to change or manage your payment method will no longer be displayed.
To keep your subscription active, at least one valid payment method must be registered. Therefore, you cannot remove the card currently set as your default payment method.
If you do not plan to continue your subscription, you can cancel it to prevent future charges.
After cancellation, payment information associated with that subscription will not be retained in your Notta account. If you subscribe again in the future, you will need to enter your payment details again.
