If you purchased a subscription from an external app other than the Notta mobile app (e.g., App Store, Apple account subscription management screen), it may be reflected in another Notta account you've used previously.

Try logging in with a different email address that you might have previously registered as a Notta account.

Try logging in with your Apple account's private email address
To learn how to check for privately configured email addresses, please see this article. If you have ever registered with a private email address for your Apple account in the Notta mobile app, select the "Apple" icon on the login screen and follow the on-screen instructions to proceed with the login process using "Hide My Email".

Confirm if the subscription was purchased in guest mode
Another possibility is that your plan isn't reflecting due to a subscription made in guest mode. Please see here for the solution.

If you still can't find it...
If you have tried other email addresses and still cannot find your paid plan, please share the order number listed on your receipt from Apple with the Notta support team via in-app feedback.

Try logging in with a different email address
If you purchased a subscription in guest mode but did not link your account with an email address, your subscription may not be reflected. Completing the account linking will allow you to use the paid plan without issues.
If you see the message "This account already exists" when linking your account, please follow the steps below.

If you are currently using guest mode
Please complete the account linking directly by following the on-screen instructions. In this case, you cannot use an email address that is already registered as a Notta account, so please link with a different email address not registered with Notta.

If you have already exited guest mode
Please restart guest mode and complete the account linking by following these steps:
❶ Uninstall and reinstall the Notta mobile app.
❷ After launching the app, tap Continue as Guest at the bottom of the screen.
❸ Once in guest mode, a screen prompting you to link your account will appear. Follow the instructions to complete the linking.

If you want to use a registered email address
If you want to link with an email address that is already registered as a Notta account, please log in to the Notta Web version from your computer using that email address and follow the account deletion procedure. Once the account deletion is complete, that email address will be released and can be used for guest account linking.

If you are currently using guest mode
The "First-year discount" and the Notta mobile app's "3-day free trial" are independent offers.
Only one of these offers can be used per Apple account. Therefore, if you have already used the Notta mobile app's 3-day free trial with the same Apple account, the first-year discount will not apply.
If you find that the price is different after payment, please refer to this guide to process a refund.
The "First-year discount" and the Notta mobile app's "3-day free trial" are independent offers. Only one of these offers can be used per Apple account. Therefore, if you have already used the first-year discount with the same Apple account, the 3-day free trial will not apply.
Also, the Notta mobile app's 3-day free trial can only be used once per Apple account. If you have previously used this trial with the same Apple account, the subscription fee may be debited immediately when you apply again.
Normally, once you use the Notta mobile app's 3-day free trial, it will not appear again. However, if you uninstall and reinstall the app, or log in on another device, the 3-day free trial may be displayed again.
