How to access to settings page?
Click your profile image at the top right to display the settings and team workspace settings screen.
1. User settings: You can set the user's name, password, transcription language, etc. It is also possible to connect/disconnect with other services such as Google Calendar.
2. Workspace settings: You can change the team logo and name, manage members, etc.
How to add or change user's profile picture?
1. Click your profile image at the top right to display the settings.
2. When you upload a photo from your computer, your changes are automatically saved.
The requirements for images that can be used are as follows:
- Uploading images with a size of 500 x 500 pixels.
- The maximum logo file size is 5MB.
- The file formats that can be uploaded are ".png", ".jpeg", ".jpg", and ".gif". GIF images are animated.
How to edit user's name?
1. Click your profile image at the top right to display the settings.
2. Click the 🖋 icon next to User name.
3. Enter your new user name and click [Save] to complete the change.
How to set a logo for your team workspace
Note: This operation is only available to owners and admins.
1. Click [Settings] in your team workspace, then click the Logo icon.
2. When you upload a photo from your computer, your changes are automatically saved.
The requirements for images that can be used are as follows:
- Uploading images with a size of 500 x 500 pixels.
- The maximum logo file size is 5MB.
- The file formats that can be uploaded are ".png", ".jpeg", ".jpg", and ".gif". GIF images are animated.
How to rename your team workspace
Note: This operation is only available to owners and admins.
1. Click [Settings] for your team workspace
2. Click the 🖋 icon next to Workspace Name.
3. Enter a new name and click [Save] to complete the change.
