Transcripts stored in Notta can be shared with anyone, but sharing with external users may be restricted by the workspace owner. You can also set access rights to recordings when sharing them with users in your workspace.
*Full access is required to set access rights.
How to share with members in workspace?
Method 1
1. Go to the detail page of the recording you want to share, then click [Share] in the upper right corner.
2. Select the member or group for which you want to set access rights, select the permissions to be granted, and click [Invite] to complete the setting.
4. To modify a permission, click on the permission next to the user or group for whom you wish to make the change. Then, select the new permission, and the update will be applied successfully.
*To stop sharing, select [No access] or delete the user/group.
Method 2
1. Click on the [More] button→[Permission Management].

2. Select the group or members you want to invite to collaborate. You can edit the permission for each group, then click [Invite].
There are different sections of the share menu, the dropdown on the right indicates their level of access. There are 3 types of permission settings for settings.

Full access:People with full access to a record or folder can edit it and share the record or folder with anyone they want.

Can edit:Select this level of access for people or groups who should be able to edit the record or folder, but not share it.

Can view:People with this level of access can view the record or folder, but not edit it. They also can't share the page with others.
- No access: Can not view, edit or share others.
Note:Owner can edit each folders' permission for each group.

3. For records or folders shared with team members, you will see a designated marker indicating the shared status. Records or folders without the marker are ones that only you have access to.

How to share with other users?
Create a shared link
1. Click [Share] on the record details screen.
2. Turn on the toggle for External sharing.
*To stop external sharing, turn off the toggle.
3. When turned on, [Shared] will be displayed to the right of the recording title.
4. Copy the link and send it to the other person.
5. If you want to put a password on your shared link, turn on the toggle next to [Add password,] then [Copy Link and Password] to send it to the person.
How to publish on Web?
If you want your transcript to be publicly available on your webpage, turn on the toggle next to [Search engine indexing]. When turned on, this record will appear in search results on search engines such as Google.
How to share recordings to SNS?
1. Select and click the SNS icon you want to post to. The types of SNS that can be selected are "Twitter", "Facebook", "LinkedIn", "LINE", and "WhatsApp".
2. You will be redirected to the login screen of various SNS, so if you log in properly, a post field with a link to the transcription record will appear.
3. Enter the appropriate content and post. Once you can confirm that it is reflected on SNS, it is complete.
