At Notta, we are committed to securely storing your transcription data indefinitely. Therefore, transcription data that you upload or create will not be automatically deleted unless one of the following actions is taken:
- Manual data deletion: If you manually delete transcription data from the note detail page or the note list screen.
- Workspace deletion: If you delete the workspace itself to which the transcription data is linked.
- Account deletion: If you completely delete your Notta account.
Unless one of the above conditions applies, your transcription data will be permanently stored on Notta's servers and can be accessed and viewed at any time.
