This article will show you how to use cloud storage to store your data safely. Storing your data on the cloud gives you the convenience of keeping your important information safe and accessible anytime, anywhere.
Currently, you can transfer transcription from Notta to Google Drive, Box, OneDrive, and Dropbox.
How to save data to the cloud
1. Click the transcription to enter the details page. Then click "..." in the upper right corner.
2. Click "Send to Cloud Storage".
3. Select the desired destination and click.
4. Select file format and options.
5. Click “Send”.
6. You can check the transferred files in the cloud.
Note
1. Please do not move the Notta records folder.
2. Cloud storage limits the file upload speed, which affects the speed at which files can be synced from Notta to cloud storage. If you click "Send" in Notta but the transcription results do not appear in cloud storage, please wait a while.
