ClickUp is an all-in-one productivity platform that integrates task management, project management, document creation, and more. With the Notta integration, you can seamlessly sync meeting minutes to ClickUp and more effectively manage project progress and follow-up.

Role: Any role with Can edit and download or higher permissions
Platform: Notta Web
Data that can be synced to ClickUp
Currently, the following information can be synced to ClickUp:
- AI Notes
- Transcript
- Public link (only selectable if public sharing is enabled)
Manual data synchronization
- In the bottom left of the Notta Web version, click Integrations & Apps.
- Under ClickUp, click Connect, and follow the instructions to complete the integration.
- Open a record in Notta, click the Send to icon in the top right corner, and select Send to Notes & Docs > ClickUp.

In the Select the database you want to send to field, specify the synchronization destination. Currently, you can select from the following:
- Everything view (Top-level option named after ClickUp workspace)
- Space (Second level)
- Folder (Third level)
Notes:
- You can only select synchronization destinations for which you have write permissions or higher in your ClickUp account. Synchronization destinations with read-only permissions or no access permissions are not displayed.
- Currently, only ClickUp workspace owners and admins can select the Everything view as the synchronization destination.

Select the data you need to synchronize to ClickUp.
Note: If you want to keep the "Timestamps" and "Speakers" for all paragraphs in the transcript, please deselect the "Merge full text" option during export.
- Click Send to execute the data synchronization.
- Open ClickUp, and the data synchronized from Notta will be displayed in the specified synchronization destination.
Automatic data synchronization
You can create automation rules to automatically synchronize data by specifying specific triggers and actions. For information on how to create automation rules, please refer to the help article "Automate your workflow in Notta".
