How to integrate Freshsales with Notta

By sending your transcription data from Notta to Freshsales, you can enrich your interaction history with customers managed in Freshsales. This allows you to have a more comprehensive view of your engagements, enabling you to provide more personalized and informed support to your customers.

How do I set up the integration?

1. Access Freshsales's [Profile image] → [Personal Settings] → [API] page, and then copy "Your API Key" and "Your bundle alias".

2.  Click [Integrations & Apps] at the bottom of the sidebar.

3. Click the [Connect] button below Freshsales.

4. Input the API key, and then click [Connect] to complete the integration setup.

 

How do I send transcription data to Freshsales?

1. Go to the detail page of your recording and click the [Send to] icon. Place your cursor over [Send to CRM], then select [Freshsales].

2. Input an email address into the [Contact Email] field, then select your target contact.

  • If your target contact already exists, select it from the dropdown list.
  • If your target contact doesn't exist, click [Add a new contact].

3. Select the data you'd like to send to Freshsales in the [Advanced options].

4. Click [Send] to initiate the sending process.

5. Once it is sent, on Freshsales's side, AI Notes appears as a note attached to the selected contact.

 

How do I update the API key?

1. Click [Integrations & Apps] at the bottom of the sidebar.

2. Click the [Freshsales] block.

3. Input the new API key and or bundle alias, then click [Upgrade] to save the change.

 

How do I disconnect Notta from Freshsales?

1. Click [Integrations & Apps] at the bottom of the sidebar.

2. Click the [Disonnect] button below Freshsales.
