How to Save Records to Autodesk Construction Cloud?

You can easily store audio, video, transcription records, and AI summaries generated in Notta within Autodesk Construction Cloud through its integration.

💡Prerequisites: Your current workspace must be subscribed to the Business or Enterprise plan.

Authorize Autodesk Construction Cloud

Step 1: Log in to Notta, then go to “Integration & Apps - Autodesk Construction Cloud” and click "Connect".

Step 2: Authorize your Autodesk Construction Cloud account.

Step 3: Log in to your Autodesk Construction Cloud account, navigate to “Sidebar - Custom Integrations”, and click “Add Custom Integration”.

Step 4: Copy Notta’s client ID and paste it into the “Autodesk Platform Services Client ID” field. The Notta client ID is:

Step 5: Personalize the integration name; you can name it “Notta”.

Step 6: Click “Add”.

Send Transcript or Recording to Autodesk Construction Cloud

Step 1: Log in to Notta and navigate to the detail page.

Step 2: Click the “Send to” button located in the top right corner.

Step 3: Choose “Send to Cloud Storage - Autodesk Construction Cloud”.

Step 4: Select the format, destination (Hub, Project, Folder), any advanced options, and then click the “Send” button.

Step 5: Access Autodesk Construction Cloud to find the exported transcript in your project.
