Send meeting info and AI notes to Zoho CRM

Zoho CRM is a web-based CRM that streamlines your sales and customer management processes. With the Notta integration, you can seamlessly sync meeting minutes to Zoho CRM, enabling you to keep detailed records of client conversations and agreements.

Prerequisites for using this feature
Plan: Available on Business plan and Enterprise plan
Role: Any role with Can edit and download or higher permissions

Platform: Notta Web
  1. In the bottom left of the Notta Web version, click Integrations & Apps.
  2. Under Zoho CRM, click Connect, then complete the integration according to the instructions.
  3. Open a transcript on Notta, click the Send to icon in the top right corner, and select Send to CRM > Zoho CRM.

  4. In Contact activities, select either Notes or Call.
  5. Select the Contact Email.
  6. Choose the data you need to send to Zoho CRM.
      • Default data includes:
        • Transcript title
        • Transcription creation time
        • Recording duration
        • Record link

      • Optional data includes:

    Note: Record links are accessible only to users with Can view or higher permissions in the Notta workspace where the records are stored, while public links can be accessed by anyone who receives the links.

  7. Click Send to execute the data synchronization.

  8. Once successfully sent, you can find the notes transferred from Notta in the "Notes" section of the Contact page. If you selected Call in Step 4, you can find the record in "Closed Activities".
