Notta offers a web version (browser version), a desktop app, and a mobile app, allowing you to work smoothly from any location, whether it's the office, on the go, or at home.
Accounts are not tied to specific devices. Your data synchronizes automatically across different devices when you log in with the same account. However, there are limitations on the number and types of devices that can be used simultaneously.
This article explains the allowed and disallowed usage patterns for simultaneous access.
Permitted device combinations
Currently, you can use one account on up to 4 devices at the same time. The breakdown is as follows:
- Device 1: Up to 1 computer (Notta Web version)
- Device 2: Up to 1 computer (Notta Desktop App)
- Device 3: Up to 1 iPad (Notta Mobile App)
- Device 4: 1 of either iPhone, Android smartphone, or Android tablet (Notta Mobile App)

Prohibited device combinations
Simultaneous use with the following device combinations is prohibited:
- Simultaneous use of Notta Web from different devices or different browsers
- Simultaneous use of the Notta Mobile App on both iPhone and Android devices
- Simultaneous use of the Notta Desktop App on two computers
Note: If a conflict occurs due to multiple logins, the session that logged in later will be maintained, and the session that logged in earlier will be automatically logged out.

You can avoid login conflicts and automatic logouts by using these platforms at different times.

Solution 2: Set up an additional account
- If you need to access Notta simultaneously using combinations that are restricted, we highly recommend registering a new, separate Notta account using a different email address.
By purchasing a Business plan with 2 or more seats, you can invite both accounts to the same workspace. This allows you to securely share data and collaborate seamlessly through access permission assignment.
