Step 2: Configure users
- Click Configure users on the right side of the created OAuth client.
- Specify the users who can use the Notta integration by checking the boxes.

- Return to Notta and click Next.
Note: If you add new users to Kintone in the future, you will need to follow this procedure to grant them access to the integration features.

- Click the 🖊️ icon on the right side of the created OAuth client to open the OAuth client modification screen.
-
Copy the Client ID, Client secret, and Authorization endpoint from the OAuth client modification screen and paste them into the appropriate fields on Notta's authorization screen.
- Click Confirm on the Notta authorization screen.
Step 4: Authorize as a Cybozu admin
If you are not using IP address restrictions in Kintone
If you are not using IP address restrictions in Kintone, simply click Authorize & Connect and follow the on-screen instructions to complete authorization. After authorization is complete, the following is expected:
-
- When users are given access to the Notta integration in a Kintone space, they can use the Kintone integration features through their own Notta account.
- Once the organization-wide authorization process is complete, the Notta administrator account you used for authorization will automatically gain Kintone integration access for itself.
If you are using IP address restrictions in Kintone
If you are using IP address restrictions in Kintone, you will need to add Notta's IP address to the whitelist.
- Open Users & system administration in Kintone and click Access control under the "System administration" > "Security" section.
- Click Configure Now.
- Copy the IP Address and CIDR from Notta and paste them into the appropriate fields on Kintone's "IP Address Restrictions" screen.
- Click Save.
- Return to Notta, click Authorize & Connect and follow the on-screen instructions to complete authorization.
Revoke authorization
To continue using the Kintone integration features, valid authorization must be maintained. If you ever need to disable the integration between Kintone and Notta for the entire team, you can revoke the authorization at any time. The procedure to revoke authorization is as follows.
- In the bottom left of the Notta Web version, click Integrations & Apps, then click Kintone to open the details screen.
- Click the ︙ button next to Disconnect and click Revoke authorization.
- A confirmation will pop up. Click Revoke authorization to complete the process.
Notes:
- Revoking authorization will invalidate the Notta integration for the entire Kintone space, preventing all members from using its features.
- If you only want to disconnect your individual Notta account, click Disconnect rather than Revoke authorization. This will leave the integration active for other members.
FAQs
If you see the message "You do not have permission to use OAuth. Ask your administrator to configure the necessary settings.", your account may not be specified as an authorized user of the OAuth client. Please refer to Step 2 in this article and check the user settings.
If you see the message "The redirect_uri parameter is not valid.", you may have entered the wrong Notta URL (redirect endpoint) when setting up the OAuth client. Please check the Notta URL in the Kintone OAuth client settings.
If you see the message "Access Forbidden.", check if IP address restrictions are active in your Kintone space. If so, please refer to Step 4 and add Notta's IP address to the whitelist.
