Send transcripts and AI Notes to OneNote

OneNote is a digital notebook app where you can gather your notes, ideas, web clippings, sketches, and more in one place. With the Notta integration, you can seamlessly sync meeting minutes to OneNote.

Prerequisites for using this feature
Plan: Available on all plans 
Role: Any role with Can edit and download or higher permissions
Platform: Notta Web

 

Manual data synchronization

  1. In the bottom left of the Notta Web version, click Integrations & Apps.
  2. Under ClickUp, click Connect, and follow the instructions to complete the integration.
  3. Open a record in Notta, click the Send to icon in the top right corner, and select Send to Notes & Docs > Microsoft OneNote.

  4. In the Select the database you want to send to field, specify the synchronization destination.

  5. Select the data you need to synchronize to OneNote. The transcription text is synchronized by default. Data such as AI notes, timestamps, and speaker names are available as custom options.
      • Data that can be synchronized optionally:
          • AI Notes
          • Timestamps
          • Speaker names
          • Bookmarks
          • Comments
          • Public link (only selectable if public sharing is enabled)

         

      • Other options:
          • Merge full text

     

    Note: If you select "Timestamps" "Speakers", and "Merge full text" at the same time, only the timestamp and speaker of the first paragraph will be retained in the exported document. If you want to retain the timestamps and speakers of all paragraphs, uncheck "Merge full text".

  6. Click Send to execute the data synchronization.
  7. Open OneNote, and the data synchronized from Notta will be displayed in the specified synchronization destination.
