At Notta, the method for obtaining invoices/receipts varies by payment method. Please refer to the relevant section below for your specific payment type.
🔄 Subscription
If you are subscribed to a paid plan (Pro, Business, or Enterprise), you can issue and download your invoices/receipts by following the steps below.
Credit Card Payment (Web Version)
- To download an invoice, please log in to the Notta Web version from a computer using the Owner account of the workspace.

Select the workspace where the payment was made.
Then click
the Profile icon in the upper-right corner of
the screen
and choose Billing from the menu.
- Scroll down on the Billing page and locate the Payment history section.

Click Get invoice next to the corresponding
payment.
- Select Get English Invoice, and you will be redirected to the Stripe billing portal.
- Enter the email address associated with your subscription and click Send to receive a secure login link.

Check your inbox for an email from Stripe (@stripe.com).

Access the link provided to update your billing information and
download
your invoices.
Apple ID Payment (iOS App)
After completing your payment, Apple will send a receipt to your email address. You can also view or reissue your receipt from your Apple ID purchase history by following the instructions below.

Google Play Payment (Android App)
When you purchase items or plans through Google Play, a confirmation email containing your order details (receipt) will be sent to the Google account used for the payment.

📦 Hardware Products
For hardware purchases (Notta Memo AI Voice Recorder), the method for obtaining an invoice/receipt depends on where the product was purchased. Please refer to the details below.
For Notta Official Website
For purchases made through the Notta Official Website, invoices/receipts are provided upon request.
Please contact Notta Support (shop-support@notta.ai) and include the information below:
- Order Number
- Email address used for the purchase
For Amazon
If you purchased from the Notta Official Store on Amazon, please visit your Amazon Order History to access your invoice/receipt.

Generally, after entering your tax ID, it will be reflected on your next invoice when your subscription renews.
If you would like to see it on the current invoice, you can try temporarily writing the tax ID in the address field. After saving, you should be able to see it appear on the invoice.
Please verify that you are logged in with the same email address used when you originally created your subscription.
If you're unsure of your registered email or the issue persists, please contact Notta Support (support@notta.ai) with the following details:
- The account email or UID used for the paid subscription.
- The specific billing date(s) of the invoices you wish to obtain.
Please make sure you are logged in with an account that has Owner permissions for the workspace.
If you have multiple workspaces, please also confirm that you have switched to the workspace where the paid plan was purchased.
