Microsoft Teams centralizes team communication and collaboration. With the Notta integration, you can sync meeting details and AI summaries directly to a Teams channel for easy sharing.

Key features of Teams Integration

Share information in a channel:
Sync meeting details, AI summaries, and share links to a Teams channel as a message. Messages will be posted under the Microsoft account used during the integration setup.
Data that can be synced to Teams
Currently, the following information can be synced to Teams:
- Subject (record title)
- Date & time (record creation time)
- Record link
- Meeting duration (recording length)
- AI Notes
- Public link (only selectable if public sharing is enabled)
Note: Record links are accessible only to users with Can view or higher permissions in the Notta workspace where the records are stored, while public links can be accessed by anyone who receives the links.
Sync procedure
- In the bottom left of the Notta Web version, click Integrations & Apps.
- Under Microsoft Teams, click Connect, then complete the integration according to the instructions.
- Open a transcript on Notta, click the Send to icon in the top right corner, and select Send a message > Microsoft Teams.
- Under Send to, select the target Team and Channel.
- Under Options, choose the data you would like to sync to the Teams channel.
- Click Send to start syncing the data.
- The synced data will appear as a message in the selected Teams channel.
