Some Notta Memo and Notta Memo Pro devices can be connected and activated from Notta Web as well as the Notta App. This article explains how to connect an AI voice recorder to your computer with a cable.

💻 Before You Start
Prepare the following before connecting your device:
- A cable-compatible Notta Memo or Notta Memo Pro
- The dedicated cable
- A computer with internet access and a supported browser
🔄 Connection Steps
Note: We recommend switching to the workspace where you want to save recordings before starting data transfer.
- Sign in to Notta Web.
- Connect your computer and AI voice recorder with the cable.
- Click the browser notification and go to the Notta home screen.
- Click the profile icon in the upper-right corner of Notta Web, then select Smart devices under My Devices.
- Click Add device.
- In the browser pop-up window, select the AI voice recorder.
- When the AI voice recorder information appears in the top bar, the connection is complete. The device remains shown even if you switch workspaces.
📦 Unbind the Device
Note: Before transferring ownership of a device to another person, make sure to unbind it first.
- Click the AI voice recorder icon in Notta Web.
- Select the option to unbind the device from your Notta account.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete unbinding.
