Microsoft SharePoint is a service that helps streamline document management and information sharing across teams. By integrating with Notta, you can export meeting notes to SharePoint and easily share and centrally manage them within your team.

Exporting Meeting Minutes to SharePoint
You can directly export your transcribed meeting minutes from Notta to a document library within your designated SharePoint site.
Data that can be synced to SharePoint
Currently, the following information can be synced to Microsoft SharePoint:
- AI Notes
- Transcript
Manual data synchronization
- In the bottom left of the Notta Web version, click Integrations & Apps.
- Under Microsoft SharePoint, click Connect, and follow the instructions to complete the integration.
- Open a record in Notta, click the Send to icon in the top right corner, and select Send to Cloud Storage > Microsoft SharePoint.
- The file format is set to "docx" by default.
- In the Save to section, specify the Site, Library, and Folder where you want to save the data.
- Check the boxes for the data content you want to export to SharePoint (e.g., AI Notes, Speaker Info, Timestamps).
- Click Send to execute the data synchronization.
- Once the export is complete, the Notta meeting minutes will be saved as a file within your designated SharePoint folder, ready to be shared with your team.
Automatic data synchronization
