How to choose a Notta Plan?

Notta offer plans across four tiers: Free, Pro, Business, and Enterprise. You can choose the plan that best fits your needs based on the size of your team and how you plan to use Notta. This article walks you through the key points to consider when choosing the right plan.

* If you use a smart device such as Notta Memo, the Starter Plan is provided as a hardware benefit. The Starter Plan cannot be purchased or subscribed to separately. For details, please see the help article "What is the starter plan and how do I get it with Notta Memo?".

First, consider how many people will use Notta.

• 1 user  ➔ Free, Pro, or Business
• 2–50 users  ➔ Business
• 51 or more users  ➔ Enterprise

For multiple users, consider the Business or Enterprise plan, which are designed for team use.

Next, estimate how much transcription time you need each month.

In Notta, transcription time is based on the length of your recordings. As a guideline, you can estimate your monthly transcription needs using the following formula: number of meetings per month × average meeting length.

Example: 60-minute meeting × 20 meetings per month ➔ 1,200 minutes per month

Based on your monthly transcription needs, you can use the following as a guideline.

• Up to 120 minutes ➔ Free
• More than 120 minutes and up to 1,800 minutes ➔ Pro
• More than 1,800 minutes ➔ Consider Business or higher

In addition to the monthly transcription limit, each recording or transcription has a maximum duration.

For example, even if your total monthly transcription time is within 120 minutes, a recording longer than 3 minutes exceeds the Free plan's limit of 3 minutes per transcription. As a result, the full recording cannot be transcribed.

Please note that the Enterprise plan also has a maximum continuous recording duration of 5 hours. This limit cannot be customized.

In addition to transcription time, some features have limits on the number of uses per month, duration per use, number of registered items, and more. If you frequently use any of the features below, check the limits for each plan.

In addition to core transcription features, Notta offers a variety of features, including member management, workflow automation, and integrations with external tools such as CRM and calendar services. Check whether the features you need for your work are included in your selected plan.

* Even if a feature is available on multiple plans, the usage limits may vary by plan.

Some features have usage limits that are managed separately from your Notta plan. Upgrading your Notta plan does not automatically increase these limits. If you need to use these features more frequently, you can purchase add-ons or Notta Brain separately to increase or expand your available usage.

* Enterprise plans are customized based on individual requirements, so the limits may differ from those shown below. For details, please contact our sales team.

If you are introducing Notta for your organization and the standard plans do not meet your requirements due to their specifications or usage limits, please consider the Enterprise plan.
