If you have a membership code issued by Notta, you can redeem it on Notta Web or in the Notta mobile app to apply the membership benefits to your account.
This article explains where to enter the code and how to complete the redemption.
Redeem on Notta Web
- Go to the Notta Web login page. If you already have an account, log in. If you do not have an account yet, create a new Notta account first.
- Open Settings, then select Redeem Code from the left sidebar.

Under Redeem for Membership, enter your redeem code and click Redeem now.
Note: If your code is printed on a Notta Card, check the code shown on the card. - After the redemption is completed, the membership benefits will be applied to your account.
Redeem in the Notta app
- Open the Notta app and tap Mine at the bottom of the screen.

Under Others, tap Redeem code.

On the Redeem with Code screen, enter the Notta Card code or an offer code.
- Tap Redeem.
- After the redemption is completed, the membership benefits will be applied to your account.
Note: Make sure you are logged in to the account where you want to apply the benefits. A code may not be redeemable if it has already been used, has expired, or is not eligible for your account.

Yes. As long as you are logged in to the target account, you can redeem the membership code on either Notta Web or the Notta app.
If you do not have a membership code, you can subscribe to a paid plan on Notta Web. See "Create a Notta subscription" for details.
