Generating a Notta share link allows you to quickly share transcripts with others.

Share live transcription
- When you're recording, click Share, and toggle on Public sharing.
- Copy to share the live transcribing link with your colleagues or friends.
- Anyone who knows the link can view the live note during the recording.
- Also you can set a password for your shared transcription link.
- When you're recording, tap the Live Stream button.
- Switch the Private to Public Sharing.
- Copy to share the live transcribing link with your colleagues or friends.

Share transcripts using public links
- Go to the detail page of the recording you want to share, ten click Share in the upper right corner.
- Toggle the Public sharing option to enable it.
- Click Copy link to copy the share link to the clipboard.
- If you want to protect the share link with a password, toggle on the Add password option and click Copy link and password.
- Copy and send the link (password) to the recipient. They will be able to view the transcript text and listen to the audio after opening the link.
- Open the transcript and tap the Share & Export icon.
- Turn on the toggle.
- Tap Copy to copy the share link to the clipboard.
- If you want to set a password for the share link, turn on the toggle next to Share with Password, then tap Copy.
- Send the link (password) to the recipient. They will be able to view the transcript text and listen to the audio after opening the link.
Share clips using public links
- Select multiple blocks by dragging your cursor to highlight them.
- Click Share.
- A share link for the selected blocks will be generated. Click Copy Link.
- Copy and send the link to recipient. They will be able to view the selected parts of the transcript and listen to the corresponding audio.

Swipe a block to the left or right and select multiple blocks.

Tap Share at the bottom.

Tap Copy, or Share to send the link to the recipient.
- If you want to set a password for the share link, turn on the toggle next to Share with Password. Then send the link (password) to the recipient. They will be able to view the selected parts of the transcript and listen to the corresponding audio.
Disable public sharing

- When the share toggle is on, Shared will be displayed to the right of the recording title.
- To disable sharing, simply turn off the toggle.
- After disabling, others will be unable to view the transcript when opening the link.
- When the sharing control toggle is on, Public Sharing will be displayed beside the title.
- To disable sharing, please toggle off the option.
Enable search engine indexing
- If you enable Search engine indexing, the transcript page may appear in search engines, but only if you or someone else links to it elsewhere on the web.
- If you disable Search engine indexing, the transcript page will not appear in any search engine.
- If you enable Search Engine Indexing, the transcript page may appear in search engines, but only if you or someone else links to it elsewhere on the web.
- If you disable Search Engine Indexing, the transcript page will not appear in any search engine.
