Notta provides several ways to export and share transcription, audio, and video data. This article introduces the main methods for exporting and sharing data in Notta.
1. Share specific content by copying and pasting
In Notta, you can copy transcription results and paste them into other tools, such as email, chat, or documents.
- Share only the information you need: You can copy and share specific sections without exporting the entire transcription as a file.
- Use the content in a variety of ways: Paste copied text directly into the tools you use every day, such as email, internal chat, meeting notes, and documents.

2. Share with members in your workspace
You can share transcription data and folders with members of the same workspace. This is useful when you want to share and collaborate on data with your team or department.
- Share information with your team: Set viewing and editing permissions for transcription results and folders to securely share and collaborate on data within your team or department.
- Manage permissions for secure access: Workspace admins and owners can control access permissions to help manage and protect your organization's information appropriately.

3. Download files to your local device
In Notta, you can save audio and video data, as well as download transcription data to your local device in file formats such as TXT, DOCX, and SRT.
- Choose a format that suits your needs: Select the file format that best fits your intended use to make sharing and editing easier.
- Convenient for data storage and further editing: Downloaded data can be used for backup and storage, or further edited and processed with other tools or software.

4. Share online using an external sharing link
You can generate an external sharing link while real-time transcription is in progress or after it is completed. This allows people outside your organization to view the content even if they don't have a Notta account.
- Reflect updates in real time: If you update the transcription results or AI summary after sharing, the latest information is automatically reflected on the shared page.
- Share easily with external parties: You can quickly share information with business partners, clients, and other external recipients without downloading and sending files.

5. Sync data with third-party services
By connecting Notta with third-party services such as Google Drive, Notion, and Salesforce, you can sync data from Notta directly to the connected services.
