Transcribe an on-site event
1. Events that scheduled for today in your connected Google Calendar will be displayed in "Today's Events"
*Please note that all-day events will not be synchronized and only the events of which the scheduled time has not yet passed will be visible.
2. Click the blue microphone icon in the bottom right corner of the corresponding event, and the real-time transcripton will begin. Click the transcribing event and you will be redirected to the detail page.
3. The transcript will be generated in real-time.
4. Click "॥" to pause or resume the recording. Click "■" to stop the recording.
5. You will be able to confirm the completed transcript in "Recent Recordings"
Transcribe an online meeting
1. Online meetings that scheduled in your connected Google Calendar will be displayed in "Upcoming Video Calls"
*Please note that all-day events will not be synchronized. And only the meetings in the next 7 days with invitation links from Zoom/Google Meet/Microsoft Teams included will be visible.
2. Switch on the toggle to enable the auto-participation of Notta Bot.
3. When the meeting begins, Notta Bot will enter the meeting room automatically to transcribe the meeting. Click the transcribing meeting and you will be redirected to the detail page.
4. The transcript will be generated in real-time. If you want to stop the recording and transcription, click "â– ".
5. You will be able to confirm the completed transcript in "Recent Recordings".
