By integrating Zoom with Notta, you can automatically add Notta Bot to the Zoom meetings you host.

Overview
This feature eliminates the need to manually invite Notta Bot or schedule meetings in your calendar in advance. Notta Bot joins your meeting automatically as it starts, enabling seamless recording and transcription.
Below is a comparison of the different ways to have Notta Bot join your Zoom meetings:

Setup instructions
- In the bottom left of the Notta Web version, click Integrations & Apps.
- Under Zoom, click Connect, then complete the integration according to the instructions.
- Return to Notta, click Profile Image > Settings at the top right to open the Settings page.
- In the left navigation bar, select Meeting Bot.
- In the Meeting Bot settings, toggle Automatically record Zoom meetings to ON.
- When you host a meeting with the Zoom account used for integration, Notta Bot will automatically attempt to join. To record or transcribe the meeting with Notta Bot, allow it to join and grant recording permissions.
Important notes

Zoom meetings only:
This feature is compatible only with Zoom. It does not support other web conferencing services such as Google Meet or Microsoft Teams.

Limited to meetings you host:
This feature only works for meetings started by you as the host using your linked Zoom account. If you join a meeting hosted by someone else as a guest, Notta Bot will not join automatically through this setting.

For guest participation and other services:
To automatically record meetings where you are a guest, or to use other conferencing services, please set up "Calendar Integration" instead.
