To enhance security, Notta workspace owners can restrict workspace members from changing their email addresses.
Prerequisites for using this feature
Plan: Available on Business Plan or Enterprise Plan
Role: Configurable only by the Owner
Platform: Notta Web
Note: For "Free" and "Pro" workspaces, this setting may be enabled by default. While you can turn it off on these plans, once disabled, it cannot be turned back on.
- Log in to Notta Web with your Owner account, click your Profile Picture in the top-right corner, and select Settings.
- Hover over the left navigation bar, scroll down, and click Security.
- Select Feature Restrictions.
- Toggle Email Change Restrictions to ON to prevent members within the workspace from changing their email addresses. If you wish to allow changes, simply toggle it OFF.
