To cater to a wider range of requirements, Notta provides a variety of add-on features that users can buy on demand. This article will guide you through the process of purchasing add-ons.

How much do add-ons cost?
Add-ons have two pricing options: annual and monthly. For specific pricing, please see Notta Pricing Page.
Note: Due to differences in payment systems, prices may vary when purchasing through the App Store or Google Play. The final billed amount will be the price shown on the store's payment confirmation screen.
The price applied is determined by the billing cycle of your existing subscription, and you cannot switch to a different billing cycle for add-ons. For example, if you are using the Annual Pro Plan, the add-on will also be billed at the annual rate. In this case, you cannot purchase the add-on on a monthly basis.
Also, if you have a Business Plan, the cost of the add-on will be multiplied by the number of seats under your subscription. The system does not currently allow for the individual purchase and application of add-ons to specific members.
If you add an add-on during an ongoing subscription, the way the charges are adjusted varies depending on the platform. For details, please refer to the section below.
How to include add-ons in your subscription?
Note: If you already have a paid plan, please purchase add-ons using the same platform and payment method as your existing subscription to keep your subscription management unified.
For Enterprise Plan users: To purchase add-ons, please contact your sales representative directly. If you don't have their contact info, submit the sales inquiry form for a quote and instructions.
- Log in to the Notta Web version from your computer and click your Profile image > Settings in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Open the Subscription Plan tab, scroll down the pricing plan screen, and click Get Add-on.
- Check the boxes for the add-on(s) you need, review the billing details, and click Get Add-on to complete the purchase.
Pricing Adjustments for Add-on Purchases
- If you already have an active subscription on the Notta Web version, the system will automatically prorate the add-on charges based on your remaining subscription period. You will not be charged for any period that has already passed.
- If your subscription has already been canceled, you cannot purchase add-ons directly through the Notta Web version. Please contact our support team via the inquiry form for assistance.
- Log in to the Notta app and open the Mine tab.
- Tap the transcription quota area or the Subscribe button. If you already have a paid plan, the Subscribe area will instead show Upgrade with Add-ons.
- On the pricing plan screen, tap You might like Add-on service.
- On the Notta add-on services screen, select the add-on(s) you wish to purchase and tap Next.
- Choose your preferred billing cycle (annual or monthly) and tap Subscribe.
- The App Store or Google Play payment confirmation screen will appear. Please check the total amount displayed and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase.
Pricing Adjustments for Add-on Purchases
- When purchasing via the App Store or Google Play, add-ons must be purchased as part of a bundle with a Pro Plan, not independently. Therefore, the amount charged will include both your Pro Plan and the add-on.
- For App Store users: If you already have a paid plan on the App Store, the remaining balance of your existing plan will be automatically refunded after completing the add-on purchase.
- For Google Play users: If you already have an active subscription on Google Play, the remaining balance of your existing plan will be automatically applied to your add-on purchase, and you will only be charged for the difference.
How to remove add-ons from your subscription?
Currently, you cannot remove only add-ons from your subscription. If you no longer need add-ons, you need to cancel your current subscription, and then create a new subscription after the original subscription expires.
