Use Notta Brain when you don't remember the exact wording. Simply describe what the meeting was about or provide background details in natural language.
- Click Notta Brain in the bottom right corner of the screen to open the Notta Brain window.
- In the Notta Brain window, enter what you're looking for as if you're having a regular conversation. You don't need to specify exact keywords — just providing information like time, people, or location is enough to perform a search.
- Example: Tell me about the meetings Eleanor attended in the last 30 days.
- AI will search the data based on your request and return the results. You can usually find the sources in the message or at the end of the response. Click a source to open the corresponding record.
