This guide explains how to delete your Organization in Notta. Please be aware that this is a permanent action that can only be performed by the Organization Owner.

Before You Delete: Understanding the Impact
Deleting an organization is an irreversible action with significant consequences. It is crucial to understand what will happen before you proceed.
What will happen:
- The Organization will be permanently removed: The centralized management dashboard for all your workspaces will be deleted.
- Workspaces become independent: All workspaces currently managed under the organization will be detached and revert to standalone, independent workspaces.
- Centralized control is lost: You will no longer be able to manage users, settings, or security policies across multiple workspaces from a single administrative level.
What will NOT happen:
- Workspace data will NOT be deleted: All recordings, documents, and other data within each individual workspace will remain intact and untouched.
- Workspaces will NOT be deleted: The workspaces themselves will continue to exist as separate entities.
Step-by-Step Guide to Deleting Your Organization
Only the Organization Owner can perform the following steps.
- Navigate to your Organization Settings.
- In the settings menu, locate the option to Delete Organization.
- A confirmation window will appear, detailing the risks and consequences of this action. Read this information carefully.
- To ensure the action is intentional, you will be required to manually type the name of your organization into a confirmation field.
- Once you have entered the name correctly, click the final button to permanently delete the organization.
After the process is complete, all workspaces formerly under the organization will operate independently.
