Note: This operation can only be performed by the owner.Conditions for deleting a workspace
To delete a workspace, you must meet all 4 of the following conditions.
- Condition 1: Please ensure that the validity period of the paid plan purchased for the applicable workspace has completely expired.
- Condition 2: You must unbind any smart devices associated with the applicable workspace.
- Condition 3: If Single Sign-On (SSO) is enabled, you must disable SSO.

Condition 4: Before deleting the workspace, you must cancel the subscription for the applicable workspace. The cancellation method differs depending on the payment method.
How to delete a workspace?
To delete a workspace, please follow these steps below:
1. Go to the workspace you want to delete.
2. Click your profile image →[Settings].
3. Click [Settings] in the sidebar of Workspace settings. Then click on the [Delete Workspace] button.
4. After carefully reading the reminding about account deletion, please enter "DELETE" (in uppercase letters) in the blank space and click [Delete this workspace] to delete the workspace.
Reminder:
To protect your data security, please complete the following steps before you proceed with the deletion.
- Your Business Plan has expired and you have canceled the subscription.
- You have removed all members (except the Owner) from the Workspace.
